The app makes it easy to manage business travel and expenses. You can Import data from credit cards, photograph receipts and edit expenses in Airplane mode or when connected, capture a receipt or create a Quick Expense in "airplane" mode, keep track of receipts in the Receipt Store, approve expense reports, submit expense reports, itemize hotel charges, add event and meeting attendees and approve travel requests. Manage and track business travel by booking airfare, hotels and more, manage flight, hotel and dining itineraries, check flight status and integrate with TripIt and TripIt Pro.
The application is easy to use and the receipt store is very useful. The functionality gets more complex if your company has set up alerts and approvals because it requires more steps but for the user it is a good tool to get the expense process started. For me, I still prefer to review the report within the browser in case any items are missed.
This is a very robust tool with a lot of different features. Each tool is clearly organized in a list format. As the complexity of some functions increases, it becomes more cluttered but overall, the immediate information needed is there.
This app makes traveling and recording expenses much easier. A must-have for business travelers who have the Concur program.
