Escape Game: Inn

If you’re stuck during the Escape Game: Inn, we’ve got you covered. Below is a step-by-step walkthrough guide to help you solve the puzzles and gather the information in order to escape the room. I have done my best to relive this experience without providing spoilers to soon. When all is said and done, I will reveal how and where the special key is to unlock the door.

Location: The Bed

Grab the eyeglasses that are located underneath the pillow. These glasses will reveal the colors under the left lampshade and a list of numbers on the right. Keep this handy as you'll need it later.

Location: Seating Area

Go to the picture frame and take the middle piece. Place this piece in the third circle of the block that is back by the bed. Take a look around to see what other puzzles you need to solve.

Location: Television

Turn the TV on and watch the pattern of the purple leaflets and also note when they appear.

Open the bottom drawer and press the purple buttons in the same sequence as they appeared on the TV. Remember the symbol and number in the top drawer.

Location: The Hallway

This action should trigger the bathroom door to open while all other doors stay locked. Enter the bathroom to continue the game.

Location: The Bathroom

Take the toilet paper holder and tap it a few times to break apart the device. The device comes apart into three pieces, two of which you will need for an upcoming step.

Flip down the toilet seat and note the sign and the number it is associated with.

Pull back the shower curtain and note the hot and cold water. Make sure to also collect the coat hangers.

Location: The Bed

Go to the left lamp and use the yellow glasses to see the hidden colors.

Place the toilet paper holder rod onto the squares. The position should be placed above the colors with the arrow indicating the direction of the pattern. The pattern is: Red, Blue, Red, Blue, Blue, Blue, Red, Red.

Location: The Bathroom

Turn the hot and cold knobs in the bathtub based on the sequence of colors that were from the lamp shade. This will prompt the closet door to open and reveal the word 'BATH'.

Location: The Hallway

Head to the closet and zoom in on the symbol number on the left side. Hang the clothes hangers in the closet, which will trigger a toothbrush appearing in the bathroom. Head back to the bathroom to pick up the toothbrush.

Location: Seating Area

Back in the seating area, go to the chair and tap the arm rest on the left. Enter the word 'BATH' when prompted. This will open the drawer underneath the chair across from where you are. Pick up the handle inside the drawer.

Location: Television

Using the handle, go to the mini fridge and attach it to the door to open it. Inside you will find a bottle.

Location: Brown Box on the Wall

Tap the left side of the box and you'll notice a small hole. Place the green toothbrush into the box to unlock it. This will reveal a bottle opener for the bottle that you got from the mini fridge.

Location: Seating Area

Place the empty bottle on the other end of the seesaw that is on the table. It is not heavy enough to balance on it. Therefore, use your bottle opener to open it.

Location: The Bathroom

Back in the bathroom, fill up the open bottle with water from the sink.

Location: Seating Area

Place the water-filled bottle on the seesaw. This will balance it and add another knob to the safe.

Location: Television

Go back and turn on the TV to reveal the symbol and number combination.

Location: The Bed

Place the last piece from the toilet paper gadget on the right lamp shade that holds the numbers. This will reveal four numbers (1,0,7,6). Now that you have all the knobs in place, you can solve the code.

SOLVING THE SAFE

Now, the tricky part. Based on the symbols discovered around the room and the associated number, you must check against the picture frame. Based on the four numbers revealed (1,0,7,6), you will have to refer to the picture frame to understand how to turn the knob.

So for example…

Bird = 1

When you refer to the picture frame, the bird is in the middle right location. Turn the knob to face the same position. Repeat this with all of the numbers and you are free!
